Our assessment process informs an action plan whereby we set SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely) targets aimed at accelerating a child's progress and supporting them with any areas of learning or social and emotional development they may find challenging. Our action plans take a holistic approach to enhance provision for our PPG pupils. Pupil progress and provision map meetings with teachers and Senior Leaders include a focus upon the progress of these pupils, parents/carers are involved in determining targets and support, the Senior Leadership Team meet with pupils to ensure their views are considered, Teachers/PPG Tutor/Inclusion Leader meet to discuss targets and progress. In this way, we aim to support the very individual needs of our pupils and tailor provision which is effective in meeting these needs.
