Good behaviour is key to good learning, and our Behaviour Policy and Anti Bullying Statement provides a clear picture of how we support and teach behaviour here at The Grove Infant School and Nursery School.
The Appendix, a separate document, provides clarity over the use of rewards and consequences, and how staff use them to support excellent behaviour for learning.
Governors support the school in many ways, and at a strategic level it is their part of their role to outline agreed principles of behaviour that the Behaviour Policy is designed to enable to school to deliver.
