Volunteers - Parents in School
Many parents come into school to work with small groups of children. Our parents help with cookery, sewing, computers, the library, school trips and many other activities. This support enriches the life of the school and the quality of the partnership between school and home. If you can spare some time, you are assured of a warm welcome. All volunteers complete a check before starting to help at school, in line with Safeguarding guidelines.
The teachers, children and parents work hard, and what they produce often deserves a wider audience. At Family Evenings and Mornings, held in the Autumn and Summer terms, your family will be invited to take a look at the work done by the children. You will also be invited to assemblies where the children can share aspects of their work with you.
