The class teacher and Inclusion Leader meet regularly to review the progress of every PPG child. Pupil progress meetings between Senior Leaders and class teachers occur termly and aim to rigorously review progress for these children.
In addition, parents/carers meet with the Inclusion Leader and class teachers so that all parties can contribute to the effective provision for their children.
The action plan is reviewed termly, targets assessed and next steps planned.
